Why Choose Our Private Label Setup Service?

Common Customization Risks & How We Protect You

The RiskOur Solution

Color Discrepancy

The custom box or logo color looks different on your screen vs. the final product. The factory dismisses it as “acceptable variation.”

Physical Color Proofing

We take pre-production samples under controlled lighting and compare them directly against your Pantone code. You approve the exact color before mass production starts.

Printing Shifts & Blurs

The sample is perfect, but the bulk order arrives at Amazon with shifted, uneven, or blurry logo printing.

Strict Alignment Evaluation

We review the physical sample at our facility to verify exact logo positioning and sharpness. Any deviation is documented and reported to the factory for instant correction before bulk printing.

Substandard Materials

The supplier promises a 350gsm premium rigid box but silently downgrades to a cheap 250gsm grey board. You cannot physically verify it from overseas.

Material Verification

We test the thickness, feel the texture, and confirm exact material specs against your brief. We provide clear photo evidence with digital caliper readings.

Technical Miscommunication

The factory claims your design file has issues, but you don't speak technical Chinese. Weeks of back-and-forth lead to zero progress.

Technical Bridging & Translation

We translate your design specs and explain special finishes (foil stamping, embossing, spot UV) to the printer. You just supply the raw artwork; we handle the rest.

Zero Local Accountability

Nobody physically checks the packaging production until the goods arrive at your door—when it is already too late to fix.

Your Local Sample Gatekeeper

The factory ships the pre-production sample straight to our office. We run a rigorous verification before giving the green light. If the sample fails, we force the factory to correct the tooling and re-sample before mass production ever begins.

What this flat fee covers

  • Vetted Packaging Supplier Matching: We source and pre-screen 2–3 reliable 1688 packaging and printing factories matching your budget and volume.

  • Tech Pack & Dieline Alignment: We translate your design files, verify sizing with the factory's technical templates (dielines), and clarify finishing specs (e.g., matte, glossy, foil stamping).

  • In-House Physical Sample Evaluation: The factory ships the pre-production sample to our domestic office. We thoroughly inspect the color accuracy, material thickness, and logo sharpness under high-definition cameras.

  • Revision & Correction Coordination: We manage the complete back-and-forth feedback loop with the printer to fix any defects before you give final production approval.

What's NOT included

Paid directly at 100% factory cost

  • Actual Factory Sample Fees: The raw cost charged by the printing plant to create your physical prototype (forwarded to you with zero markup).

  • Mass Production Packaging Costs: The final unit cost of your bulk custom boxes, bags, or insert cards.

  • Graphic Design Creation: We do not create branding concepts from scratch. You must provide the raw design files (AI/PDF/EPS), though we can recommend professional designers if needed.

How Private Label Setup Works

From Your Logo File to a Ready-to-Ship Branded Box

Step 1: Submit Your Artwork & Specs

Upload your logo vector files (AI, PDF, or EPS) along with your packaging ideas. Don't have a completed design yet? We can connect you with reliable third-party freelance designers for basic layout formatting.

The Behind-the-Scenes Effort: We translate your packaging ideas into technical Chinese terms and verify that your files meet the factory's printing requirements.

Step 2: Supplier Selection & Raw Quotes

We source and pre-screen 2–3 vertical printing factories on 1688 to negotiate the lowest unit prices and MOQs. You will receive the original, un-marked-up factory quotes. You pick the supplier that best fits your budget.

The Behind-the-Scenes Effort: You review the exact factory bills. Once you choose the factory, you pay their raw prototyping fee directly to begin sampling.

Step 3: Office Evaluation & Virtual Approval

The factory creates your pre-production sample and ships it directly to our office. Our team treats this sample like our own product. We run a comprehensive checklist:

Color Accuracy: We evaluate colors against your Pantone codes under stable lighting, capturing HD photos.

Material Gauge: We measure paperboard thickness and weight using digital calipers.

Structure & Finishes: We test the alignment of your logo, check the sharpness of folds/creases, and verify features like magnetic closures or foam inserts.

The Behind-the-Scenes Effort: We send you an HD photo/video report. If any factory defects are found, we manage the adjustments with the printer before you give your final digital approval.

Step 4: Mass Production Handover

Once you give your final digital approval, mass production officially begins. The printing factory will manufacture the custom packaging and sync with your primary product supplier.

The Behind-the-Scenes Effort: We lock in the verified packaging specifications. To ensure the final bulk order matches this perfect sample, you can seamlessly pair this with our Phase 6: Pre-Shipment QC service for full production peace of mind.
