Why FBA Prep Becomes a Headache

You've sourced a solid product from 1688 at a factory price. Then the real friction starts: getting it Amazon-ready. If you've tried to prep from China before, you already know the problem spots:

  • Shipment rejections. Factories don't live inside Amazon's rulebook. A wrong FNSKU, missing suffocation warning, or carton label in the wrong spot gets your whole batch turned away. You eat storage fees and lost time.

  • Prep eats your time. Sticking labels, bagging units, building bundles, that's not the business you signed up for. Doing it yourself or hiring temporary help still ends up with mistakes.

  • Moving requirements. Poly bag thickness, box weight limits, label placement. The rules shift. One missed detail can block a container.

  • No eyes on the ground. You're thousands of miles away. You can't verify that every unit is bagged right and every barcode scans. Trusting a factory to do this for you is a risky bet.

  • Hidden prep markups. A lot of forwarders and trading companies offer “FBA prep” inside vague shipping quotes. You end up overpaying for simple labor and never see a clean per-unit price.

What's Included in Our $0.15 Base Rate?

Our $0.15/unit standard prep fee covers the basics needed to make a retail-ready product compliant for Amazon. This rate applies strictly to standard-size items that already have proper factory packaging.

  • Thermal Label Printing: High-quality print of your FNSKU/UPC barcodes.

  • Manual Placement: Precise placement of the label over the original factory barcode.

  • Ready-to-Ship Validation: A quick visual check to ensure the label scans perfectly before final packing.

*Note: You provide the barcode PDFs from Seller Central; we handle the physical printing.

Oversized or heavy items require custom handling. Contact us directly for a custom quote on oversized inventory.

A La Carte Add-ons (Only Pay For What You Need)

No bundled packages. No paying for services you don't use. If your product needs extra protection or customized packaging, you can add these services individually:

  • Poly Bagging + Suffocation Warning: +$0.12 / unit (Includes the poly bag and the mandatory printed warning label)

  • Bubble Wrapping (Fragile Items): +$0.20 / unit (Includes multi-layer bubble wrap protection and securing tape)

  • Multipack / Bundling Service: $0.35 / finished set (For grouping multiple items into a single sellable unit)

  • Inbound Carton Receiving & Count: $1.50 / incoming box (Covers receiving shipments from 1688, box integrity checks, and unit count verification)

Account Minimums

To maintain high efficiency and keep our per-unit costs low for serious Amazon sellers, we enforce a strict minimum requirement per shipment batch:

Minimum Volume: 200 units OR a $30 minimum charge per prep order.

Note: If your batch falls below 200 units, a flat $30 service fee will apply instead of the per-unit rate.

How It Works

1. Goods Arrive at Our Prep Center

Your 1688 factory delivers directly to our warehouse. We sign for the shipment, run a physical box count, and inspect the outer cartons for transit damage immediately.

2. We Prep and Pack to Amazon Spec

We execute your required prep work: whether it's our standard $0.15 base labeling or optional poly-bagging and bundling. Once finished, we send you photos of the cargo along with the exact final box counts, weights, and dimensions.

3. You Provide the FBA Box Labels

Using the precise packaging data we provided, you create your shipment plan inside Amazon Seller Central and download the FBA box labels. Send the PDFs to us, and we will secure them to your shipping cartons.

4. Secure Shipping to Amazon Logistics

Use our Phase 9 freight partners or your own forwarder. Either way, we handle the paperwork and coordinate the handover.

5. Instant Dispatch Proof

The moment your inventory loads onto the truck, you receive the final packing list, confirmed tracking numbers, and photos of the labeled cartons, giving you total peace of mind before departure.
